It's another year in the Top 100 for Dutch star Leon Bolier. Since he debuted in 2008 at #95, a lot's happened - gigs far and wide, and releases across the board of trance's big hitters. This year has seen his tracks 'Vengeance Vengeance', 'Ost Kaas' and 'Cape Town' do serious damage at clubs and festivals worldwide. "I've been focusing on making my single releases more straightforward and club-focused, with tracks like 'Cape Town' and 'Vengeance Vengeance'," he says. "I knew 'Cape Town' hit the bulls-eye when I dropped it first during the A State Of Trance 500 celebrations in South Africa - it went through the roof!" He's also recently released a new mix compilation, 'Streamlined 2011 - Tunis', which features 25 exclusive new signings to his label Streamlined. He's not turning his back on the more tuneful stuff, though. "I will be keeping up producing the more melodic and ' beautiful' productions, aimed towards a big group of fans that really are into that kind of music," he tells us. KRISTIAN DANDO
