Marco Bailey's mixture of party techno, minimal and electronic house means he's a permanent fixture at all of the major European festivals and clubs. This year, he's played at Industrial Copera in Granada Spain, Cocoon in Frankfurt, Rex in Paris and Fabric and Turnmills in London, as well as at the Extrema and Nature One festivals in Holland and Germany. But he still rates I Love Techno in Belgium as the best. "The best club gig was Ageha, in Tokyo," recalls Marco. "It has an amazing soundsystem and an amazing crowd." No wonder then that his most recent mix CD was recorded live at the venue. Bailey has also been busy in the studio this year, putting out a number of releases on his MB Elektronics and MB Selektions labels. His next release, 'Saint Paul', features a Gregor Tresher remix, to be followed by his new artist album.
